Our Youth Media Arts Program provides opportunities for artists to participate in hands on creative projects along with submitting their work for publication on our websites. We provide media literacy education along with mentoring support to provide youth with the opportunity to further develop their talents and learn new skills.

Photovoice is a participatory action research strategy using photography as a tool of social change. The process turns the camera lens toward the eyes and experiences of vulnerable populations and gives people the opportunity to record, reflect and critique personal and community issues in creative ways.

Monkeybiz is the first and only Hamilton-based site that is geared toward the needs of people aged 15 - 30.  Monkeybiz.ca is an online magazine devoted to arts, entertainment and career development. Young people can contribute their talents by writing articles, reviews and other creative content to the site.
